I’ve spent my career in industries from finance, hospitality, construction to franchising, leading teams, building systems, and even running my own service business.

 

What I discovered along the way is that my real passion isn’t just operations—it’s helping people grow, solving messy problems, and building something bigger than myself.

I’m still grinding the 9-to-5, but Hart & Sol is my outlet for that entrepreneurial and creative spark. It’s where I bring together everything I’ve learned—practical strategy, people-first leadership, and modern tools like AI automation—to help small business owners cut through the chaos and create more freedom in their lives.

Outside of work, I’m a dad, mountain biker, and believer in continuous improvement.
